Skate At Your Own Rick: this Skate Park is unsupervised.

Use of the facility is only allowed during park hours (dawn to dusk).
After hours user, or use when closed, will result in a trespass citation.
All participants skate or bike at their own risk.

Skateboards, in-line skates, and BMX bikes only in the Skate Park. BMX bikes must be equipped with Skate Park friendly pegs. Plastic or PVC covers are recommended.

One person per obstacle at a time; take turns and leave space between riders.

Spectators are not permitted inside the park.

Notify Warren County Parks and Recreation Department of any unsafe conditions found inside or outside the park at 540.635.7750.

Park will not be open during inclement weather.

Warren County Parks and Recreation Department is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Personal music “boom box” devices are prohibited.

Possession or use of alcohol or illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and punishable by law; tobacco products are strictly prohibited.

Food is not allowed in the skating area; drinks in closeable, unbreakable containers are permitted ini designated areas; no glass bottles.

No littering: deposit trash in provided receptacles.

All forms of graffiti. Stickers, tagging, waxing, or other means of defacing Warren County Skate Park property are strictly prohibited. Such activity will result in potential prosecution.

Outside obstacles and modifications to the elements are prohibited.

No contests of any sort are allowed in the Skate Park unless organized by the Warren County Skate Park Committee. Call 540.635.7750 for arrangements.

PHYSICAL ALTERCATION OR FIGHTING WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT BE TOLERATED.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE WARREN SKATE PARK MAY RESULT IN DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS AND SUSPENSION FROM ALL WARREN COUNTY PARKS & RECREATION FACILITIES.

THIS PARK CONTAINS FEATURES AND OBSTACLES THAT ARE DANGEROUS FOR SKATERS WITHOUT ADVANCED SKILLS.

KNOW YOUR LIMITS: DO NOT RIDE BEYOND YOUR ABILITY LEVEL.

WARREN COUNTY IS NOT RESPONSIBE FOR INJURIES.

Users of the Skate Park, by their participation, accept the risks inherent in such participation of which the ordinary prudent person is or should be aware. Users have a duty to exercise the good judgment and act in a responsible manner while using the Skate Park element and obey all written warnings, prior to and during participation.

ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR COMMERCIALLY MANUFACURED HELMET AT ALL TIMES. All participants are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to wear full pads at all times. PROPER USE OF THE PROTECTIVE GEAR IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
